It’s time to celebrate and toast our BS&T’s (Blood Sweat & Triumphs)
Who would have seen, over 25 years ago, how this adventure would unfold…
… the first leg of the journey begins…trekking into the Great White Northland of Markham where Soundhouse Studio was first established in 1989 AD by the bright eyed and bushy haired lad, John Jamieson, was followed later by a migration to the Far East…Ajax, that then in 1995, led to blazing a trail into the Wild West settlement of Kilbride, due north of Burlington proper - where he got hitched to the very lovely lassie, Cyndi Richards.
There, as co-owners of Soundhouse, the convoy remained and prospered until mid 2013 at which time the promised land of Muddy York could no longer be denied and so…they had a very big party, in a very big white tent, with a very big bunch of musician-types…packed up the Wagon Train with a whole lot of heavy gear and…a map and they headed off toward the beaming tower of CN to stake their claim on the Queen’s own beloved Eastern Avenue beside Her Majesty’s national landmark of – “The BMW Authorized Dealership”, the towering beacon resting on the south-east banks of The Don River…
Thankfully our RENO’s are complete
WE CAME - WE SAW - WE CONQUERED SOUNDHOUSE STUDIO is OPEN FOR BUSINESS!!!
